HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK?

Alternatively, feel free to give us a call any time and let us know you are interested in selling. If we did not send you an offer, simply click on the "Sell Your Land" tab at the top of this screen and fill out the online form. We will reach out to you shortly with our cash offer.
Once we get your acceptance, we will research your property and complete our due diligence process.
We will then reach back out to you and go over the closing process. For most closings, we prefer to use a reputable title company to coordinate the details of the transaction. This provides a high layer of security for you the seller, and us, the buyer. The title company will act as the middleman in the transaction and make sure everything is handled thoroughly and according to any rules or laws of the local jurisdiction. Again, we pay for 100% of fee’s the title company charges for their work, so you get all of the security with none of the costs!
Once the closing documents are signed, the title company will issue you a check or wire in the agreed upon amount.
